Shopping List Builder ("the app") is a private, invite-only application built and operated for personal, non-commercial use by one household. By signing in, you agree to these terms.
Access is restricted to email addresses explicitly allowlisted by the app owner. There is no public sign-up. The app owner may add, remove, or suspend access to any account at any time, for any reason, without notice.
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — managing your own recipes, menus, and shopping lists — and not to:
You retain ownership of the recipes, menus, and other content you enter into the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you add, and for any files you choose to import from Google Drive or Dropbox.
This app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. It is a personal project, not a commercial product, and there is no guarantee of uptime, data durability beyond reasonable backup practices, or fitness for any particular purpose. Ingredient extraction and unit conversions (including AI-assisted extraction) may occasionally be inaccurate — always verify quantities before shopping or cooking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app owner is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, including data loss.
The app owner may suspend or terminate your access, or discontinue the app entirely, at any time. You may stop using the app and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting josh.r.russo@gmail.com.
